The Syndicate is operated by The Launch Partnership, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. "The Syndicate" is a trade name (DBA) of The Launch Partnership, LLC. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through thesyndicate.com and related services.

• Identity and contact data — name, email address, mobile phone number, LinkedIn profile, and investing entity name, provided when you apply, subscribe, or contact us.
• Investor qualification data — accredited investor or qualified purchaser attestations, electronic signature images, and the IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp captured at the time of signing.
• Transaction data — allocation requests, commitments, and wire confirmations related to deals you participate in.
• Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser information.

Phone numbers are collected only when you voluntarily enter them into a form on our website (for example the investor application or contact form), or when you provide them to us directly by email or during onboarding. We never purchase, rent, or scrape phone numbers, and we do not collect phone numbers from third-party lists.

• To review and process your investor application and verify your investor status.
• To send deal memos, allocation notices, closing logistics, and portfolio updates.
• To send SMS messages related to deals and account activity, where you have expressly opted in.
• To respond to support requests and comply with legal, tax, and securities obligations.
• To measure and improve site performance and content.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely by The Launch Partnership, LLC to deliver the messages you requested, and are shared only with the messaging service providers that transmit those messages on our behalf.

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions (email delivery, SMS delivery, CRM and document storage, banking and fund administration partners), with our professional advisors, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal information.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure in the United States, encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected with multi-factor authentication and activity logging. We retain records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, including securities recordkeeping requirements for signed investor attestations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
